About Us

I met my wife Patti on a fate encounter in Thailand, and instantly fell in love with her, her country and it's wonderful people.

​

It has been a dream of mine to open a food truck for many years. Starting my career in Culinary at the age of 16, and going on to College for Culinary Arts.   I was able to use cooking as a platform to travel and explore Canada. Working in hotels, kitchens, and fine dining restaurants across western Canada.

 

My passion for food and pursuit of cooking knowledge  one day led me to Thailand.  Always hearing from my friends and peers about Thailand's amazing beaches, cuisine and Cultural History.

 

I was extremely blessed to have married into a family of amazing cooks who took the time to teach me the authentic cooking methods, ingredients and recipes, enabling me to share that knowledge with you through our food.

This Trailer has given us a platform to share our culture and flavors, as well as build relationships with our local communities and southern Manitoba.
